KIMBERLY INGRAM, MA, MS, LMHC, CFRC, QS, CCTP, CPT, CCISM
Owner/Clinical Director - Wellspring Mental Health Group
As a Certified First Responder Counselor, Kimberly understands the need for a safe, confidential environment to process the unique stressors this culture experiences. She has experienced, first hand, as a responder wife and mother, the many trials and triumphs that come with these careers. Kimberly works with responders to restore peace, hope and quality of life in their day to day living.

​With a multi-faceted approach based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Theory for PTSD, she works with responders experiencing a multitude of mental health needs such as: anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, work struggles, relationship issues, and alcohol abuse.

Kimberly also specializes in individuals seeking recovery from traumatic events, self-esteem issues, and anxiety through a multi-modal approach tailored to best meet the needs of each client.

Kimberly is an advocate for mental health and wellness within public safety, leveraging her expertise to educate and reduce stigma through her roles as an instructor at local law enforcement and fire/EMS academies and a public speaker at first responder events. Her training by the International Critical Incident and Stress Foundation in Critical Incident Stress Management and Debriefing further enhances her ability to support first responders in navigating the emotional challenges of their roles.

Kimberly is an approved clinician through the following public safety organizations: Florida Department of Law Enforcement, National Fraternal Order of Police, Cop Line, Blue Line Rescue, Red Line Rescue, Gold Line, Rescue, Warriors Rest Foundation, Warfighter Overwatch Collective, Speak Up: Tomorrow Needs You, 911 At Ease, Therapy Aid Coalition, and Survive First. Subsequently, she is a trained Traumas of Law Enforcement Clinician and holds certificates in Stress First Aid and Psychological First Aid.

Kimberly offers first responders a rate of $80/session and all other clients an income-based sliding fee scale of $90-$160. She is available for both in person and telehealth sessions.

WINONA SQUIRES-PROPPER, MS, LMFT, QS
Winona believes that entering therapy is similar to summoning the courage to open an over-flowing closet that has been long ignored. Though daunting, with the right tools and an understanding guide, the task can become a manageable and rewarding experience. As your guide, Winona can help you shine a light on emotions, experiences, and relationships that you may be afraid to touch due to fear, shame, or uncertainty of how to process them. By utilizing an integrative approach, she helps her clients assess and move through their emotional experiences while also applying new skills to help them reach their innermost personal goals.

Winona specializes in individuals dealing with low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression, those moving through life transitions or on a journey of sexual exploration, as well as couples managing intimacy or communication issues.

KIANNA SPIVEY
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Entering the therapy process is the first bold step you take towards your healing process. Kianna offers a space that encourages understanding, growth, and strength while offering a listening, nonjudgmental, and safe space for you.

Kianna has a passion for helping others - having experience working with teenagers, young adults, and adults with concerns of self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, depression, difficulty focusing, grief, and relationship concerns - just some of the concerns that have been present. Kianna uses counseling theories such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and others based holistically on the client.
Kianna's desire is to work with you, as the client, to help you become as strong as you want to be while accumulating tools for you to use during moments that become difficulty to manage.

BREE PORTER, MA, LMHC
Bree is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree from Wake Forest University. Bree has experience working with children, teens, and adults to process a variety of areas such as emotional issues, hopelessness, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, trauma, and PTSD. She strives to provide individuals and families the highest quality of care with a strong commitment to working with trauma recovery, children, and relationships. She values working with sensitivity for families of divorce, co-parenting struggles, and family conflict.

Ellan offers counseling services to individuals, teens, and families, utilizing a blend of cognitive and emotion-focused therapeutic approaches to address everyday life concerns. With expertise in working with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and relationship struggles, Ellan provides personalized support to help clients navigate their unique challenges and achieve a more fulfilling life.

BRANDY THOMPSON
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Brandy is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who approaches counseling with compassion, collaboration, and a focus on each client’s unique needs. Utilizing a person-centered and integrative approach, Brandy tailors the therapeutic experience to help clients achieve their goals in a supportive and nonjudgemental environment.
With a professional background that includes ten years as a corrections officer, Brandy has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by corrections officers and individuals in high-stress roles. She also works with individuals navigating substance use concerns, teens adjusting to life transitions, and those who need support in managing anxiety, depression, or PTSD-related symptoms.
Brandy incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to foster resilience, enhance coping strategies, drive values-driven behaviors, and encourage personal growth.

MALIA MILLER, MS
Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern
Malia is a passionate Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern who brings a holistic and person-centered approach to her practice. She uses a collaborative stance with her clients that honors their expertise and subjective lens. Malia recognizes the significance of planting seeds of trust and understanding within the therapeutic relationship so clients have a supportive environment for self-reflection. A warm atmosphere creates a safe space to bloom with new insights, tools, and skills. In her sessions, Malia believes in the power of humor and encouragement to foster growth and healing.
Malia earned her Master's degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Stetson University, where she developed a keen interest in the intersections of emotional health and relational dynamics. Her training includes becoming a certified PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator, completing the Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 training, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training. Through her clinical internship, she worked with clients aged 13 and above at an outpatient substance use and mental health community agency.

KYLIE VANLOO, MS
Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern
Kylie believes that therapy should be a warm and inviting place where a client can process their needs safely. Making change can be challenging, and she invites her clients to work with her to reach their goals at their pace. Kylie hopes to tailor each session to the client’s specific needs by using an integrative approach looking into the client’s environment and relationships.

Kylie has experience working with a diverse population of clients. She is a registered marriage and family therapist intern. She has worked with couples and families through divorce, infidelity, grief, loss, sexual trauma, suicidal ideation, changes within the family system, integrating families/ blended families, issues with connection, anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder. Kylie also has experience working with children and individual adults experiencing grief or loss, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, and borderline personality disorder. She has a passion for strengthening connections within families and couples.

Alyssa R. Jefferson, MSW, LCSW, CCH
Alyssa Jefferson is the owner and provider of Wings of Hope, LLC and is excited to collaborate with the Wellspring at Port Orange Counseling. She has joined the practice twice a week and provides services in the spacious yet cozy group room for clients with varying motor profiles.
Alyssa offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where she works together with clients to understand their experiences and uncover the necessary tools to move forward with resilience. Alyssa helps clients develop effective coping strategies, gain clarity, and find grounding, balance and confidence in daily life.
Alyssa is a 2021 summa cum laude graduate of the UCF school of social work program. She has experience in community mental health working with clients who have severe and persistent mental illness. She remains a per diem clinician at an inpatient psychiatric unit in Seminole County. She also has experience as a school social worker and has helped students as well as families through the challenges they face within the public-school setting.
Alyssa is a certified hypnotherapist and is equipped to help clients through addiction, complex PTSD and phobias. Most recently, she completed a year-long program to become a communication specialist to better assist the neurodivergent community, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Alyssa considers herself a ‘forever’ student and is continually taking courses to further her knowledge and best serve her clientele.

Elizabeth seeks to meet clients where they are at and provide a supportive, caring and open space to process their needs. Elizabeth sees each client as the expert in their own lives, and works with them to find an individualized process that works best for them to meet their goals. Through a person-centered foundation, she works alongside clients with an integrative approach to allow clients to process grief, life transitions, depression, and other concerns that they bring to help guide them towards their goals and personal growth.

My name is Ashley and it's an honor to share this space with you. I've spent the last 10+ years in the healthcare industry as a palliative care social worker turned bereavement counselor.
I've had the absolute honor of journeying with people facing a new diagnosis, life limiting or threatening conditions, traumatic experiences or the death of loved ones. I've faced a global pandemic and numerous healthcare situations working alongside some of the bravest healthcare workers you may never meet but absolutely know someone like. And now I have the honor of sharing all that experience combined with clinical knowledge to continue this journey with you.

She utilizes a person-centered and integrative approach, allowing for a more tailored therapeutic experience, as she believes that there is not one modality that works for everyone.

Taylor believes that there is power in being truly heard and seen, and she is committed to listening with intention, compassion, and care. She places high value on the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful work and integrates values-based exploration to help clients align their goals with what matters most to them.

Taylor works with adult women navigating anxiety, relationship issues, sexual concerns, self-esteem and attachment issues, infertility, PMDD, and other stressors. She also supports new mothers experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety. In addition, she has experience working with a diverse population of clients with diagnoses such as Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

NATE INGRAM, MBA, CCISM

Our Director has many years of labor relations experience and brings a distinct business perspective to the mental health practice. His dream has always been to serve his community whether it has been as a member of public safety for nearly 26 years or as our Director bringing affordable mental health care to our community. Wellspring Mental Health Group, Inc. is the culmination of this lengthy desire to serve.

His formal education includes a Bachelors of Applied Science in Supervision and Management from Daytona State College. He went on to earn a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. His professional experience includes starting several successful businesses as well as previously serving as the Executive Director of a large public safety labor association. Nate has been a certified law enforcement officer here in Florida since 1997 where he has worked as a member of a street level narcotics team and as a police motor officer.
